Ron Piper

I am an experienced Swindon based coach who works with people of all ages on a range of personal issues with the aim of understanding and thinking about present realities and finding positive ways forward. I also work in both private and public sectors delivering customised training programmes some of which have focused on mediation, delegation, leadership, developing relational cultures and confidence building.

As part of my practice, I draw upon Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling theory and a range of received coaching models.

Previously a teacher, a senior school leader, teacher trainer and presenter for the former National College for School Leadership , I am now director of Ron Piper Coaching and Training.

I hold a first degree in English Literature, a Master’s in drama and a PGCE. Additionally, I have a post graduate certificate in coaching and mentoring together with NLP accreditations at practitioner, master, trainer and European coaching levels. I am an NOCN accredited Youth Coach and also have a Level 3 CPCAB counselling qualification.
